How to lose weight fast












Do you want to lose weight fast???? Well join the milions of Americans who all want the same thing. It’s really simple. All you have to do is follow the steps and soon depending on where your body is at you can be your ideal size………….

Okay so everyone knows that you have to start eating less. But what does that mean exactly? There are different methods used by different people. A really good one is to eat half of what you normally eat. Another method is to cut out certain types of food. Yep you guessed it – fatty food. Lay off on the donuts and pies and chocolate and all those other yummy dishes. Okay now your not liking this article because I just told you to cut out your favourite ‘me time’ foods. But to make it easier just eat it occasionally. You can eat it as a prize at the end of the week for sticking to your diet. Now since we were little kids we’ve always hates our vegetables. Well you’ve gotta love them now because you need to eat more fruits and veggies to help you. Your saying oh no! I can’t eat them. Oh grow up! Come on you wanna look like America’s Next Top Model? Well you have to make some changes. Do this for you.

So we talked about food. Next step the liquids we flush the food down with. Pay attention to what I say next. When I was trying different diet methods I came across this overlooked fact while I was experimenting with calorie counting. Do you have any idea how much calories come from beverages alone! It can make or break your diet. Low cal drinks are now your best friend. Soft drinks are bad for metabolism. Stay away! Love drinking water. Drink it as much as you can because guess what your mom didn’t lie – water is actually good for you. Another experiment I tried was really successful. Its the tea diet. Drink lots of teas – black teas, green teas, purple teas lol okay so there are no purple teas that was just a joke. But I’m serious about the tea diet. It fulls you, gives you energy, has antioxidants and most are 0 calories…….amazing………ZERO calories. I drink green tea everymorning. It works wonders.

So the next step is not really a ‘loved one’ but you need it. It’s exercise people! Now don’t expect me to give you a work out regime because truth be told not everyone should have the same work out plan. We think different, eat different, our bodies work different so we need to exercise different. We all need the exercise though! So you can do anything that gets you active. Bike, swim, jump rope, whatever! Just make sure and be active as much as you can. This helps your metabolism speed up so you can lose fat faster. Specfic exercises are necessary only if you want to work on an area of your body that you are not pleased with. But I’ll do something separate to deal with those. Just remember make your exercise fun! It wont’t feel like exercise if you have fun. You don’t have to do it alone. Call a friend. Losing weight does not have to be boring!!

Now the last step is important because its the only reason you will be able to do the first three steps. The lack of knowledge on losing weight is not why so many people are overweight but it is their lack of self control. Practice your self control. Stick to your plan. Ways that can help you stick to your plan include little rewards along the way. Every week when you are successful buy your self something like that new pair of shoes or (i mentioned this before) eat that irresistable ‘devil’ cheesecake that you’ve been staying away from lol. Stick up pictures of your self when you were at the weight you want to be now or if you were never at that weight stick up pictures of people whose size you want to get to. Leave yourself reminder notes about what you want to accomplish. Have a diet buddy to encourage you along the way. Tell yourself you can acheive this!! and step into your new lifestyle for a beautiful happier you.

1) I strongly do not advise crash diets. They show results now but you put back on the weight later. More importantly it is not healthy for you.

2) If you have a medical condition you should consult you physician before starting any health plan.
